Lindsey Smith is a local Oakland mother and Realtor-Associate® with Christie's International Real Estate Group New Jersey - Franklin Lakes specializing in residential real estate. She has 15 years experience in Public Relations, Community Relations, Events, Marketing and Non-Profit organization, having worked mainly in NYC, Stamford and Greenwich, CT. After taking time off to raise her family during the pandemic, Lindsey launched her real estate career and began volunteering with local organizations to apply her skill set. She has been a member of the Oakland community since 2014 and began assisting the OCoC with
it's Toys for Tots event in 2021.
Heather Lorenzo is a Certified Public Accountant registered by the State of NJ and a Certified Financial Planner® with a certification from NYU with significant experience in tax and accounting. Heather joined Cronin, Hanley & VanZile in 2019 and became a partner in the firm as of October 2022. Previously, Heather was a Senior Manager in the Real Estate Industry Services Group for SaxBST (Formerly Sax Macy Fromm & CO PC) where for over 12 years, she provided tax consulting services to individuals and businesses in the real estate sector, assisting developers and property owners in the financial management of multiple projects and investments. Since leaving SaxBST, Heather has been successfully managing her own practice where she helps family run businesses and their owners with their accounting oversight and tax planning needs. Heather and her family are an Oakland residents for over 20 years and has been with the OCOC since its inception in 2013, as well as an active member of various other local organizations in town.
Alexandria Evans has been an Oakland resident since 2012 and is the owner of Kreative Juice House — www.kreativejuicehouse.com She brings her many years of graphic design, website design, and social media marketing experience to the Oakland Chamber of Commerce.
She has extensive experience working with Chambers, businesses and community organizations in the Rockland County, NY area. She is currently part of the PR Team with the thriving Sloatsburg Chamber where she spearheaded their social media campaign which bolstered great community ties. She developed and maintains Explore Harriman, a responsible outdoor adventure tourism campaign of which she has received county funding since 2014.
Director - Toys for Tots
Marc Fox is a long time resident of Oakland. Upon hearing of the Toys for Tots Santa Train including Oakland as a stop, Marc organized with family & friends in 2012, went door to door to businesses with Toys for Tots collections boxes. News of the event spread and more and more families have been gathering for this annual "giving" event. Along with past OCOC Chair Peter Kikot, the Oakland Toys for Tots event has become a great success and much-loved activity. The OCOC is looking forward to assisting Marc in furthering his endeavor and bringing holiday joy to the many children in need.
Chad Busch is the Branch Manager and Financial Services Officer for Columbia Bank here in Oakland. He has over 15 years of banking experience. Chad also has a background in public speaking and has
professional sales and leadership training certifications. Chad is also a member of the Oakland/Franklin Lakes Rotary Club and is heavily involved in the community. He grew up in Oak Ridge, NJ and currently
resides in West Milford, NJ. Prior to Columbia Bank, Chad owned his own consulting business and has worked together with retailers such as: Best Buy, Sears and Tractor Supply. His real passion is coaching
and is currently the head baseball coach for a local youth travel team in West Milford. Chad’s energy and experience, combined with his ability to build relationships is a strength he will bring to the Oakland
Chamber of Commerce.
Betti Russo is a resident of Oakland and a Real Estate Broker/Associate with Keller Williams Prosperity in Wayne, NJ, specializing in home staging and luxury home marketing. She has been a Realtor since 2009 and has over 25 years of Marketing, Sales Management, and Client Service experience. Betti is known for her genuine love of what she does, providing her clients with attentive, personalized service, and working together to ensure clear communication and success with the highest level of integrity, dedication, and commitment in business, and her volunteer efforts as well. Betti has always believed in giving back to her community and has volunteered her time to many various organizations.
