Our Oakland Chamber of Commerce team is thrilled to report we had a fantastic turnout for our Relaunch Event at Cenzinos Ristorante! Despite the rain, all guests who RSVP’d attended and we had a couple of walk-ins - very telling of a community ready for action. Business owners, nonprofits and local activists came together and mingled fruitfully. A few collaborations and ideas were formed. Our Oakland Chamber team strives to tighten the fabric of the community and last night was a great beginning. We cannot thank Regina Gragnano-Vitti, owner of Cenzinos Ristorante, enough and to Kimberly, Vincent, Frank, Robert, Katie, Freddy, and Carlos, for their warm reception and hospitality plus an excellent buffet. We were presented with one delicious course after another. Guests mingled and eagerly made their way to the colorful spread and then the great staff at Cenzinos introduced us all to their Cold Zabaglione for dessert — fantastic! The evening would not have been possible without our sponsors at Visions Federal Credit Union. From home buying to grants for our local teacher's projects, Visions really does it all! We greatly appreciate their continued support as they have also pledged to contribute to other Chamber of Commerce related events. And congratulations to the winners of the Visions Gift Cards, John Garvin of Sky Pickleball and JoAnne Basile of Christie's International Real Estate. Thank you to our friends at Visions Federal Credit Union for their generosity!
And many thanks to Kelly-Ann Peart, Manager of Oakland Staples for her assistance with our marketing materials! Be on the lookout for an announcement regarding our February meeting. Our OCoC team is looking forward to ongoing networking events and sharing more about our plans for 2023 in Oakland, NJ!
